We start the process by signing a letter of confidentiality. Then our culinary team works with you every step of the way to match your existing recipe or create an entirely new product. Once a sample is created, we send it to you with a request for comments. When the recipe has been approved, we work with your distribution network to smoothly integrate it into your operations.
Sauce/Soups
Available both in Ready-to-Use or Speed Scratch Bases (that are finished off at your locations utilizing ingredients currently in inventory.) Both are packed in boil-in-bag pouches. We offer many varieties including, but not limited to: Sauces, Soups, Chili, Gravies, Pesto and Marinades.Frozen Pizza and Dough
Your Dough Recipe... Our Labor. We provide anything from Pizza Dough to Focaccia to Table Breads. Our variety is limitless. All dough products are IQF and bulk packed. We build these items to activate and proof as they thaw, offering consistent size and shape every time. Remember, the waste is drastically reduced because you thaw only what you need.

Pasta: Fresh or Frozen, Flat or Filled: The variety of flavors is endless.
Flat Pasta including: Angel Hair, Spaghetti, Linguine, Fettuccine, Pappardelle, and Lasagna Sheets.
Filled and Specialty Products including: Ravioli (many sizes and shapes available), Tortellini, Tortellone, and Gnocchi (made with fresh potatoes).
We use only the highest quality Semolina and Durum Flours. Our filled pasta products have the consistency, texture, and taste to satisfy the most particular customer.
